Ghost caught on camera in Japan

I saw this video and figured I would publish it. If anyone has any further information on this video please let us know. I was not able to find any further info on this. The ghost of a woman is caught on the railroad tracks which would seem to me, that would have been a suicide. Let me know your thoughts.
